End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and WaTrack LLC ("Licensor") for the use of WaTrack mobile application ("Software").

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (d) use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Licensor.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
