End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Appisode for the WaTrack software.
1. License Grant
Appisode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download, install, and use the software solely for your personal use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Create derivative works based upon the software.
- Use the software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
3. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Appisode if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.
4. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided “as is” with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
