# WaTrack — Last Seen Tracker and Online Status Alerts

WaTrack records new online and offline status transitions that are visible to an authorized linked WhatsApp account. The responsive web dashboard organizes detected events into an account-based timeline, and supported mobile applications can show status alerts.

## How it works

1. Select a country code and enter a complete mobile number.
2. Sign in with a short-lived six-digit email code.
3. Choose web access if the account does not already have premium access.
4. Link a WhatsApp account you own by using its linked-device flow.
5. Wait for a new status transition that is visible to the linked account.
6. Review detected events in the WaTrack dashboard.

## Important limits

WaTrack does not read chats, reveal hidden status information, bypass privacy controls, reconstruct events from before monitoring began, or monitor the linked account's own number. Results depend on visibility, connection health, network conditions, and third-party service behavior. Use WaTrack only for lawful and authorized purposes.
